Your Practice Will Be Designed From The Following Disciplines:

IYENGAR - Focus on correct posture, alignment and symmetry. Stresses an understanding of the body and how it works.

ASHTANGA - Traditional method of practicing specific postures, in a powerful dynamic flow. Designed to build strength, stamina and flexibility.

RESTORATIVE - A quiet, inward focused method to restoring the life force, internal organs, nervous system and consciousness, through the regulation of breathing.

HATHA - The yoga of physical well-being which focuses on developing control of the body through asanas, or poses.

VINIYOGA - A gentle form of therapeutic flow yoga, emphasizing breath work and it's coordination with movement.

VINYASA - A steady flow of connected yoga postures, linked with breath work, in heat-building continuous movement.
